For Empower Her, sisterhood means building relationships based on respect, empathy and support, recognizing that we don't need to have the same stories, opinions or choices to value one another.
We don't believe that the growth of one woman diminishes the space of another.
That's why we want to encourage a culture where women celebrate achievements, share knowledge, recommend other women, do business with each other, spread opportunities, build partnerships and reach out to those who are just starting.
We want to replace unnecessary competition with the awareness that we can create more when we create together.

Knowledge
We believe that information can transform decisions — and decisions can transform stories.
That's why we want to bring women closer to knowledge, education, professionals, experiences and reliable information that can expand their possibilities and help them make more conscious decisions.
We also believe in the power of shared knowledge. What one woman has learned along her journey can become an important tool in another woman's path.
Knowledge should not be used to create distance.
Knowledge should create pathways.
Autonomy
We don't want to tell a woman which path she should follow.
We want to help her have the conditions to choose.
We believe in offering information, tools, connections and opportunities so that each woman can make decisions according to her own story, her goals and her reality.
Supporting doesn't mean creating dependency. It means expanding possibilities so that each woman develops confidence and resources to build her own choices.
Because supporting a woman doesn't mean leading her life.

Dignity
We believe that a woman's worth is not determined by her profession, income, language, nationality, academic background or by the moment she is living.
